Major Gifts

The Athletic Department depends on the generosity and passion of donors to build and support the drive to make University of North Georgia the most competitive, value-added DIvision II program in the country. Gifts of high value leave a lasting legacy and support major initiatives that are crucial to the future and the quality of athletics at the University of North Georgia.

A gift of $5,000 or more is considered a major gift and will aid in in funding the programs necessary to ensure that North Georgia will be competitive long into the future and provide our student-athletes with a special experience.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts are a means to ensure the needs of UNG Athletics will be met for years to come. These special gifts can come in the form of bequests, life insurances, charitable gift annuities, charitable lead trusts, stocks and will continue to provide future generations of student-athletes the necessary resources to be successful. For more information about planned giving and the future impact you can make, please contact Director of Development for Athletics, JT Horton at jthorton@ung.edu

Multi-Year Gifts

Multi-year gifts are beneficial for both donors and the NGAF. Donors can support the area they are passionate about over the long term while receiving beneficial tax implications over multiple years. This allows the NGAF and the donor the opportunity to realize the immediate benefit right way but also ensure the future funding is available for student-athletes. If you are interested in multi-year pledges, please contact our Director of Development for Athletics, JT Horton at jt.horton@ung.edu or 706-864-1761.
